The Psychological Awareness Session was designed to enhance employees' understanding of workplace mental health and psychological well-being, while encouraging a positive and supportive work culture. The session provided valuable insights into recognizing psychosocial risks, managing workplace stressors, and promoting shared responsibility for maintaining psychological safety across all levels of the organization.

The awareness program covered a range of important topics, including:

• Workplace mental health and employee well-being
• Psychosocial hazards and their impact on individuals and teams
• Identification and management of workplace stressors
• Employer and employee responsibilities in fostering a psychologically safe workplace
• Awareness of common health conditions and preventive healthcare practices

As part of the same initiative, APS also conducted its Beat the Heat Campaign to prepare employees for working safely during the summer season. The campaign emphasized the importance of preventing heat-related illnesses by adopting safe work practices and maintaining proper hydration throughout the working day.
